Free Shipping
We offer Free Priority USPS Shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 (after discounts and before taxes).
Free shipping applies only to U.S. addresses unless otherwise stated. Shipping promotions may change at any time without notice.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM PST ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Processing and fulfillment times may vary during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a “Package Shipped” email from info@usapeptidelab.com, including your tracking number and shipment details.
Shipping Delays
USA Peptide Lab is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS or carrier interruptions
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation
- Supply chain disruptions
We will always assist customers with tracking and support, but carrier issues are outside of our control.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned due to the research-only and sensitive nature of our products.
